Deborah Lynn Conley, age 63 of Lacy Creek Road, West Liberty, KY, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY, after an extended illness. Born March 4, 1955 in West Liberty, KY to the late Wiley C. and Madge Sloas Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Conley, son Ronald Matthew Conley, three sisters, Loretta Preston, Loleatha Perry and Mary Smith, two brothers, Lowell Gastineau and Donnie B. Williams. She was homemaker, a loving wife, mother and sister, she was a former clerk for the Nestle Factory. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior.

Surviving is her son, Greg Conley and wife Stephanie Anderson of Richmond, KY. One sister Lana & Larry Paul of Bluffton, SC. One brother Ronnie C. & Patricia Williams of West Liberty, KY. Host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service,1:00pm Saturday, July 7,2018 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Jimmie Adkins and Speakers officiating. Burial in Williams Family Cemetery, Lacy Creek, KY. Visitation, 6:00pm Friday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers, James Williams, John Williams, Steve Elam, Charlie Conley, Braxton Williams, Hunter Williams, Justin Anderson and Hershall Williams.
