Diana Lewis, age 54 of Hwy 519, West Liberty, KY passed away Wednesday April 10, 2019 in Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY after an extended illness. She was born in West Liberty, KY on March 22, 1965 to Bernard and Helen Grace Cox Lewis. She was retired from the Lion Apparel, West Liberty, KY. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior. Surviving is her mother Helen Grace Lewis, brother Ricky & Charlene Lewis and two nephews Aaron James Lewis and Tyler Grant Lewis all of West Liberty, KY. Her best friends Audra Williams and Timmy Sargent and her dog Diesel. She was preceded in death by her father, Bernard Lewis.

Funeral services will be held 3:30pm Saturday April 13,2019 at Zag Community Baptist Church, Hwy 976, West Liberty, KY with Rev. Timmy Sargent, Bro. Donald Cox and Bro. J.R .Keeton officiating. Burial in Cox Cemetery, Hwy 519,West Liberty, KY. Visitation after 1:00pm Friday at Zag Community Baptist Church, Hwy 976,West Liberty, KY .
