Elta Fare Caskey, age 32 of West Liberty, KY passed away Monday, May 6, 2019 in the Kindred Hospital, Louisville, KY. She was born May 1,1987 in Richmond, VA. Surviving is two daughters Pazelee and Teagan Caskey, her father Ronnie Caskey of West Liberty, KY, her mother and stepdad Patty Muse Kennedy and Bill Kennedy of Sandy Hook, KY. One sister, Angie & Keith Stamper of Sandy Hook ,KY, Four brothers, Denzil Lee Lewis of Panama City Beach, Fla.; Hobert & Shanna Helton of Panama City Beach,Fla.; Stephen and Brandy Caskey of Sandy Hook, KY and Billy & Wilma Caskey of Owingsville, KY. Host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Hobert and Elta Muse and paternal grandparents Stewart & Allie Caskey.

Funeral services will be held  3:00pm Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Pastor Brock Cox and Pastor Greg Ferrell officiating. Burial in Caskey Cemetery, West Liberty, KY. Visitation 6:30pm Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Honorary pallbearers, All her many friends. Active pallbearers, Wayne Howard, Dallas Muse, Brandon Muse, Zack Muse, Ryan Milby, Scott Hager, Joey Lewis and Billy Caskey.
