Born September 19,1945 in West Liberty, KY a son of the late Thurman and Louella Sparks Ferguson. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior, a retired coal truck driver, a volunteer Fire Fighter with Caney Valley #413 call number. Besides his parents, one brother Paul Ferguson, two sisters Thelma Hutchinson and Monnie Messler and grandson, Aaron Dulin preceded him in death.

Surviving is his wife, Wilma Day Ferguson and four children, James B. Ferguson and Melissa Ferguson all of West Liberty, KY. Jerry Ferguson of Morehead,KY. Jason Ferguson of Farmers, KY. Fourteen grandchildren,
