Jason Kyle Stacy, age 34, West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 in U. K. Hospital, Lexington, KY. Born March 11, 1984 in West Liberty. He was a fork lift operator for Big Old Tire Factory. He was a member of Index Community Church, Index, Kentucky. Surviving is his wife, Joanna Patrick Stacy, and parents, J. C. & Charlotte Wright Stacy of West Liberty, KY, brother, Jamie & Racheal Stacy of LaGrange, KY. Niece, Laken Nicole Barker, nephews Jordan Barker, Jacob & Jackson Stacy. Host of cousins, aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Rev. Mike Frisby and Bro. Manford Wright officiating. Interment in Stacy Cemetery, Mortica,KY. Visitation, 6:00pm, Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers, Friends & Family.
