Jeremy Franklin Adkins, age 45, of Elkfork, KY, passed away Tuesday December 18, 2018 after a brief illness. Born August 22, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio, a son of Larry and Frances Stevens Adkins. He was preceded in death by one brother Nicholas Joe Adkins, grandparents, Lenville and Opal King Adkins, and Lenville and Mary Ellen Turner Stevens.Graduate of Morgan County High School, West Liberty, KY. He was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. He worked as a carpenter.

Surviving is his parents Larry and Frances Stevens Adkins of Elkfork, KY. Daughter Shelby Nichole Adkins of West Liberty, KY. Grandson Rylan Nicholas Jenkins of West Liberty, KY. Brother Michael D. Adkins of Elkfork, KY, grandmother Shirley Stevens of Elkfork, KY, His girlfriend Debbie Watkins.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday December 26,2018 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Garnett French, Bro. Jeff Adkins and Bro. Bobby Smith officiating. Burial in Aut Stevens Cemetery, Elkfork, KY. Visitation 11:00am Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.

Honorary pallbearers, Michael Adkins and Ryan Jenkins. Active pallbearers, Shawn Adkins, Ronnie Brown, Allen Stevens, Bucky Gay, David Downey and Steve Barker.
