Jerry Blankenship

Jerry Blankenship, age 48, of Hwy 1162,West Liberty, KY, passed away Sunday August 4, 2019 after a brief illness. He was born June 5, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Jessie Harvey Blankenship and an infant sister. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior.

Surviving is three daughters Courtney McCoy of Detroit,MI., Kelsey Mae McCoy of Morehead,KY, Ashley Adams of Detroit,MI., One son Joseph McCoy of TN., Nine grandchildren. Three sisters, Ruby Blankenship of Maysville, KY. Cynthia Blankenship of Detroit, MI., and Sandra Blankenship of West Liberty, KY. Three brothers Charles and Terry Blankenship of West Liberty, KY and Jack Blankenship of Detroit, MI.

Funeral services will be 12:noon Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Rev. Raymond Van Cleave officiating. Burial in Blankenship Cemetery, West Liberty, KY.

Visitation will be 6:00pm Friday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers: Eugene Curtis, Joseph McCoy, Ray Johnson, Jack Blankenship, Kenyon Smith, Kevin Farnham.
