Jessica Layne Lykins-Lewis, age 31,of Liberty Heights Court, West Liberty, KY, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in U.K. Hospital, Lexington, KY, after a brief illness. Born July 22, 1986 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Bishop & Edna Whitt Lykins, and maternal grandfather, Walter Blevins Sr. Surviving is her father, Mike Lykins of West Liberty, KY and her mother Cheryl Greer Lykins of West Liberty, KY. One daughter, Cameron Lewis and one son, Cash Havens of West Liberty, KY. Maternal grandmother, Mary Florence Prater of West Liberty, KY. Two sisters, Melissa Lykins (fiancé Andrew Lester) and Haley & Cody Barker all of West Liberty, KY.

Funeral services, Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 1:00pm, Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Elder Roy Collett officiating. Interment in DeBorde Cemetery, Malone, KY. Visitation, 6:00pm, Friday, Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be friends and relatives.
