John Fugate Obituary

John Scott Fugate, age 48, of New Comer Road, Ezel, Kentucky passed away on Thursday November 8, 2018. Born May 24, 1970 in Jackson, Kentucky and was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Hays Fugate. He worked for the KYTC (Engineer technologist). Surviving is his wife Leann Roark Fugate of Ezel,Kentucky. Father Scotty Fugate (Linda) of West Liberty,Kentucky. Two sons John Alec Scott Fugate and Jordan Lee Fugate of Ezel, Kentucky also a daughter Breanna Faith Fugate of Jackson,Kentucky. One grandson Ashton Ryan Fugate, four half sisters.

Funeral services will be 4:00pm Wednesday November 14,2018 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Pastor Hunter Fraley and Pastor Will Noble officiating. Interment in West Liberty Memorial Gardens, West Liberty,Kentucky. Visitation after 2:00pm Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, Kentucky.

Honorary pallbearers: Donnie McKenzie, his former football players, coaches and the KYTC District 10 family. Pallbearers: Mike Whitaker, Shane Turner, Kyle Moore, Doug Preston, Brandon Brewer, Joe Colwell, Patrick Smith, Will Noble, Jordan Whitt, Dakota Ballinger and Jarrod Short.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made in his memory to Christ Pantry, 310 Ruth Avenue, West Liberty, KY 41472
