Justin Larue Bailey, age 35, of Hwy 172, West Liberty, KY., passed away Monday, June 4, 2018 at UK Hospital, Lexington, KY after a brief illness. Born June 24,1982 in West Liberty, Kentucky. He was a self-employed welder. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Buell and Nora Skaggs, and paternal grandfather, John Henry Bailey.

Surviving is his parents, David L. and Linda L. Skaggs Bailey of West Liberty, KY., a son, Logan L. Bailey of Owingsville, KY. Fiancee, Candice Laurel Lokey of West Liberty, KY, Paternal grandmother, Vonnie DePaul of Tipp City, Ohio.

Graveside services will be 11;30am Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Skaggs Cemetery, Moon, KY with Elder Stuart Cook officiating. Visitation after, 6:00pm, Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Honorary pallbearer, Logan Bailey. Active pallbearers, Michael Howard, Tike Skaggs, Ike Skaggs, Dillion Horn, Wesley Purcell, and Travis Cantrell.
