Kathy Marie Adkins, 63, of West Liberty, KY passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at her home after an extended illness. She was born October 9, 1954 in West Liberty, KY, a daughter of the late Ray Barker and Evelyn Ison Hughes. She was a retired Deputy Jailer for Morgan County, KY. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. Surviving is one daughter, Tammy & Chris Ball, and one son, Bobby Adkins all of West Liberty, KY. One sister, Betty Wright of Ezel, KY. Three brothers, Larry Barker of Sandy Hook, KY. Billy Barker of West Liberty,KY. Roggie & Mary Barker of Ezel, KY.

Funeral service, 11;30am Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Josh Hampton and Bro. Aaron Barker officiating. Burial in Day Cemetery, Elkfork, KY. Visitation after 6:pm, Monday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty,KY. Honorary pallbearers, Kevin Lawson, Jimmy Darrell Easterling, Carter Easterling and Gary Cox. Active pallbearers. Anthony Barker, Kelley Bowman, Matthew Harper, Phillip McGuire, Lowell Adkins and Chris Elam.
