Norma Jean Kemplin Barker, age 82, Ezel, KY, passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at Morgan Co .ARH, Hospital, West Liberty, KY. She was born April 25,1936 in Ezel, KY, a daughter of the late Willie and Ella Lewis Kemplin. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one son, Jeff Fairchild and one grandson, Alexander Fairchild, also five brothers, Carl Kemplin, James Frank Kemplin, Bernard Maxey Kemplin, Russell Kemplin, Roger Dale Kemplin.

Surviving is one daughter, Tammy Lynn Fairchild;, one son Shawn & Quintina Barker of Springfield,OH. Three grandsons, Shane Fairchild of Columbus,OH, Jason Fairchild of Springfield,OH., and Brock Fairchild of Ezel, ,KY. Three great-grandchildren, Four sisters, Betty & Gordon Stewart and Ruth Kemplin, all of Ezel, KY, Linda Kemplin and Brenda Kemplin both of West Liberty, KY. Three brothers, Chester & Kate Kemplin,; Billy Kemplin, and Mark & JoAnn Kemplin all of Ezel, KY.
