Norma Jean (Williams) Vickers

Norma Jean Williams Vickers, age 92,of Hwy 437, West Liberty, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at her residence after a brief illness. She was born in Sciotoville, Ohio on November 1, 1927 to the late Ezra Williams and Virgie Day Williams. She was a member of the Union Church and a retired hair dresser. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Bill Vickers and one brother Arnold C. Williams.

Surviving is one daughter Arnetta Lybrook and one son David Lybrook both of West Liberty, KY. One granddaughter, Lindsay Pelfrey (John), one grandson, David Lybrook, and one great-granddaughter Sydney Pelfrey.

Funeral services will be 1:pm Sunday, November 17,2019 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Roger Smith and Bro. Raymond Van Cleave officiating. Burial in Williams Cemetery, Hwy 437,West Liberty, KY. Visitation will be 11:am Sunday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be friends & relatives.
