Paul Wayne Laws, age 69, of Llewellin Road, West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 24,2019 in the UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. Paul Wayne was born April 28,1950 in Berea, Kentucky to the late Byron (Bob) Laws and Edra Gevedon Laws. He was a member of the Highland Lodge #311 F&AM, a retired heavy equipment operator. At the time of his death, he was 69 years, 7 months, and 26 days old. Surviving is his wife, Linda Elliott Laws of West Liberty, KY, one daughter, Bridgett & David Phipps of Caskey Fork, Hazel Green, KY, and three sons, Kevin & Belinda King of West Liberty,KY, Jonathon & Melissa King of Ezel,KY, and Chavice (Jobie) & Susie King of Wellington,KY. Nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild. Two sisters, Elizabeth & Jukie Elkins of Virginia Beach,VA., and Genoa & Jimmy Byrd of West Liberty,KY. Three nephews, one niece, and six great-nieces and nephews, one great-great-nephew, and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:pm, Monday, December 30,2019 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with David Elliott and Bro. Jeff Montgomery officiating. Burial in Laws Cemetery on 250 Llewellin Road, West Liberty, KY. Visitation will be 6:00pm, Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY, with  Masonic service, 7:00pm, Sunday in the chapel conducted by the Highland Lodge #311 F&AM.
