Scotty Ray Conley

Scotty Ray Conley, age 46 of Gardener Dr.,West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Morgan County ARH Hospital, West Liberty, Kentucky. He was born August 21, 1972 in Campton, Kentucky. He attended the Glenn Ave Church Of God, West Liberty, Kentucky and served in the National Guard. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Delana Conley, paternal grandmother, Mildred Brickey, paternal grandfather, Roscoe Conley, and maternal grandparents, Ollie Riggsby Sr & Anna Pearl Riggsby.

Surviving is his wife, Kayla Bailey Conley, West Liberty, Kentucky, mother Lucy & Gene Romans, West Liberty, Kentucky, father Ray & Mary Conley of Keaton, Kentucky. Four daughters, McKenna Rhea Conley, Rayanna Nicole Conley, Harley Conley, Bailee Conley, and one son, Brashton Conley. One grandson, Braxton Scott Tackett. Four sisters, Kristie Conley & Mike Robinson of Vanlear, Kentucky, Stephanie & Becky Skaggs of Stambaugh, Kentucky, Misty & Eric Zabolski of Somerset, Kentucky, Judy & Jimmy Cantrell of West Liberty, Kentucky. Four brothers, Troy Romans of Salyersville, Kentucky, Tony Conley of Grassy Creek, Kentucky, Wendell Romans of Malone, Kentucky, and Richard Romans of Indiana.

Funeral services will be 11:30am, Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Jeff Farmer and Ollie Riggsby officiating. Interment in Easterling Cemetery, Lacy Creek, Kentucky. Visitation 6:30pm Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, Kentucky.  Honorary pallbearers, Braxton Scott Tackett, Ollie Riggsby and, Michael Haney.  Active pallbearers, Jacob Helton, Justin Jones, Thomas Smallwood, Shelvie Jones, S.D. Wright, Wendell Romans, Charlie Lock,  and Tony Conley.
