Tesha Ann Smith

Tesha Ann Smith, of Zag Road, West Liberty, KY passed away on January 8, 2019 at the Hospice Care Center, Hazard, KY at the age of 37. She was born August 16, 1981 in Xenia, Ohio to Carl J. and Shirly Mullins Smith.

She was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl J. and Shirley Mullins Smith and a sister Jody Smith Patrick. Surviving is her step mother Robin Smith; one brother Carl Eugene Smith and wife Christy and step sister Callie & Jason Lewis all of West Liberty, KY. Host of nephews, cousins and one niece. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday January 12, 2019 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro.Roger Ball officiating. Burial in Clarence Smith Cemetery, Hwy 589, West Liberty, KY. Visitation after 11:00am Saturday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be Friends & Relatives.
