Thomas Shannon Payne Sr of Oak Grove Rd.,Morehead, KY passed away Tuesday January 22, 2019 at home after an extended illness at the age of 59. He was born August 5, 1960 in Mt. Sterling, KY. He was preceded in death by his father Tommy Payne, his wife Tammy Lee Payne and one brother Anthony Payne.

Surviving is his mother, Louise Alsept Payne of West Liberty, KY. One daughter Chealsye Grace Payne of Ezel, KY; two sons Christopher Payne and Tommy Payne both West Liberty, KY. Two grandchildren. One brother Mark Payne (Katrina) of West Liberty, KY. No funeral or visitation.
