Wendelene Smith Dulen, age 75, of Old Hwy 172, West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. Born March 12, 1944 in West Liberty, KY, a daughter of Williams "Bill" and Nannie Mae Jenkins Smith. She was a member of the Lick Branch Enterprise Baptist Church., a retired factory worker for Camry's.

Surviving is two daughters, Brenda & Marvin Holbrook of West Liberty, KY. Barbara & Curtis Adkins of Forest Hills, KY. One granddaughter, Samantha Adkins of Pikeville, KY. Three sisters, Imogene & Tooney Easterling of Fairborn,Ohio. Patricia Adkins of Franklin,Ohio. Phyllis and David Hurley of Franklin,Ohio. Sister-in-law, Robin Smith of West Liberty, KY. Brother-in-law, Burl George, Franklin,Ohio.  Host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 1:00pm, Friday, August 16, 2019 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Roger Skaggs and Bro. Roger Ball officiating. Burial in Dulen Cemetery, Upper Sand Lick Rd.West Liberty,KY. Visitation will be 6:00pm Thursday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
