Amy Lynn Fugate Banks, age 37, of Mt. Sterling, KY, passed away Monday, June 21,2021 in the UK Health Care, Lexington, KY. She was born February 25,1984 in Mt. Sterling, KY. She attended the First Presbyterian Church, Ezel, KY. She worked as a clerk in a convenience store.

Surviving are her mother, Marsha Harvey of Mt. Sterling, KY. Father, Ricky & Leann Fugate of Hazel Green, KY. Stepfather, Darrell Harvey of West Liberty, KY. Daughter, Emily Grace Banks of Denniston, KY. One son, Andrew Conner Banks of Hazel Green, KY. Special nephew, Kenyian Fugate of West Liberty, KY. One sister, Kayla Harvey of West Liberty, KY. Three brothers; Fredrick Thomas Fugate of Toronto,Ohio, Kaleb Fugate of Hazel Green,KY. Samuel Ray Fugate of Hazel Green,KY. Step brother of Jacob Walker of Cleburne, Texas.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Sunday, June 27,2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Rev. Raymond Van Cleave officiating. Burial in the Ezel Cemetery, Ezel, KY. Visitation will be 11:30am, Sunday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.  Pallbearers are; Kaleb Fugate, Fredrick Fugate, Tyler Terrell, Isaac Tackett, Kelly Tufano, Anthony Pack.
