Ann Conda (Tharp) Howard Cox

Ann Conda Tharp Howard Cox, age 65 of West Liberty, KY passed away Wednesday, January 26,2022 in St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY after an illness. She was born September 11,1956 in Flatwoods, KY to Charles Tharp Jr and Peggy Stacy Tharp. She was a member of Wells Union Baptist Church, West Liberty, KY.

Surviving are two daughters, Lisa Eldridge and Stacy Sexton. Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Three brothers: Jimmie & Sharon Tharp, Charles Tharp, Eddie & Carolyn Tharp. Two special friends, Sandy Norton and Margaret Wagoner. Host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Tharp Jr and Peggy Stacy Tharp. Her husbands Lundie Howard and Jesse Cox, one sister, Myrtle Coffee, and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Tharp. 

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Sunday, January 30th.2022 in Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Jonathan Williams and Bro. Jimmie Tharp officiating. Burial in the West Liberty Memorial Gardens, West Liberty,KY. Visitation will be 6:00pm, Saturday in Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
