Anna Ruth (Wright) Gilliam

Anna Ruth Wright Gilliam, age 70, of West Liberty, Kentucky departed this life Sunday, October 4,2020 at her home after an extended illness. She was born November 12,1949 in West Liberty, Kentucky to Floyd and Anna Margret Adkins Wright of West Liberty, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd & Anna Margret Adkins Wright, two infant children Pricilla Kay and Barry Elbert Gilliam. Four brothers: Burl, Earl, Darrell and Jackie Wright, one infant sister Valerie Kay Wright, two sisters-in-law, Geraldine Wright and Jean Wright, and one brother- in -law Lowell Cantrell.

Surviving are her husband of 55 years Ivan Gilliam, two daughters Patty & Charlie T. Wright, Pam Ross, one son, Gary Gilliam. Five grandchildren: Adam Cantrell, Kurt Gilliam, Abby Ross & fiance Braden Gullett, Ally Ross and Autumn Ross. One great granddaughter: Kaitlyn Burton. Two brothers: Gerald Wright & Hershal Wright (Dolly). Five sisters: Mary Lou Cantrell (Dean), Kathy Wright (Hatfield), Tammy Wright (Bob), Carolyn Smith, Penny Smith (Bob). Host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Wednesday October 07,2020 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Chuck Conley, Bro.Barry Gilliam, Bro. Jackie Holbrook officiating. Interment in the Wolfenbarger Cemetery, Crockett, KY. Visitation 6:00pm Tuesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.

Pallbearers: Tim Moore, Mark Wright, Phillip Wright, Daniel Wright, Michael Smith, Emanuel Wright, Brian Smith, Darrell Jr. Wright, Dale Keaton, Doug Keaton, Richard Fraley, Kelly Gilliam, Keith Gilliam.

COVID-19 regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
