Brandy Faye Forman

Brandy Faye Forman, age 33, of Winchester, KY and formerly of Morgan Co, KY, passed away Sunday, August 8,2021 at her home in Winchester, KY. Born March 24,1988 in Morehead, KY. She worked for the Guardian Company. Surviving are her children, Bailey Jade Ralls, Jacee Madison Lewis and Jaxon Wade Hensley. Her mother, Avelene Gay Sargent Wireman of West Liberty, KY, her father, Douglas G. Forman Jr of West Liberty, KY. Two step-brothers, Brandon Wireman of Jeffersonville, KY, and Shawn Forman of Morehead, KY   Two step-sisters, Kayla Marie Wireman of West Liberty, KY, and Heather Craft of Texas.

She was preceded in  death by maternal grandfather  Wince Sargent and her paternal grandfather Doug Forman Sr. 

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday, August 14,2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Pastor Tony Glover officiating. Burial in the Sargent Cemetery, Hwy 1002,  West Liberty, KY. Visitation will be 6:00pm,Friday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home. West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers  Michael Wireman, Dean Sargent, Steve Sargent, Jason Sargent, Nicholas Sargent and Justin Sargent.
