Brenda Gay (Skaggs) Keeton

Brenda Gay Skaggs Keeton, age, 52 of West Liberty, KY, passed away Sunday January 28, 2024, after an extended illness. She was born June 28, 1971, in Sandy Hook, KY to Buel & Nora Gamble Skaggs.

Preceded in death by her parents, Buel & Nora Gamble Skaggs, one daughter, Latosha Osborne. Two brothers, Ike & Mike Skaggs, one sister, Kathy Skaggs, one nephew, Justin Bailey.

Surviving is her one daughter, Aneisha & Dillon Horn, two grandchildren, Latosha Nevaeh Horn & Haven McKinley Horn. Two sisters, Patsy & Travis Cantrell, Linda & David Bailey, two brothers, Spike & Evetta Skaggs, Tike & Debbie Skaggs, Survivors also include a host of nieces & nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 Pm Thursday February 1, 2024, at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY with Bro. David Roseberry officiating. Interment will be held at the Skaggs Cemetery in Moon; KY. Visitation starts at 11:30 AM Thursday February 1, 2024, at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West liberty, KY.
