Cecil Barker

Cecil Barker, age 75, of Bear Branch Road, West Liberty, KY, passed away Monday, January 25,2021 at his home after an extended illness. Born September 29,1945 in West Liberty,KY to the late Arthur and Rissie Keeton Barker. He was retired from the West Liberty Water Department.

Surviving is one daughter, Sherry Ann Horn of Midway,Ohio. Two sons, Terry Wayne Barker of Springfield,Ohio and Jamie Ray Barker of New Carlisle,Ohio. Seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. One sister, Alice Smith of West Liberty,KY. He was preceded in by his parents Arthur Barker and Rissie Keeton Barker, his wife Judy Callahan Barker. One grandson Dustin Lee Horn,and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Elder Ricky Holbrook officiating. Burial in Hughes Cemetery, Old Hwy 519, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be friends and relatives. Visitation will be 11:am Thursday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.

COVID-19 mandate/regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
