Charles Lynn Black, age 64, of Blaze Rd.,West Liberty,KY passed away Monday, April 17,2023 in Morgan County ARH, West Liberty, KY after a brief illness. He was born December 26,1958 in West Liberty, KY to Wendell Black and Blanche Collins Black. He was a retired auto diesel mechanic and a member of the Index Community Church, Index, KY.

Surviving are his son, Brandon Lynn Black and his sister, Beverly Gail Partin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wendell & Blanche Collins Black, his wife, Betty Jo Black, niece, Emmie Partin & bro- in-law, Jack Partin.

Funeral services 1:00pm, Friday, April 21,2023 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Mike Frisby and Bro. Vernon Lewis officiating. Interment in Black Cemetery, Blaze, KY. Visitation 6:00pm,Thursday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers are friends & relatives.
