Charles Sexton

Charles Sexton, age 76 of West Liberty, KY departed this life Friday, June 27, 2025 at his home after an extended illness. He was born April 25,1949 in West Liberty, KY son of he late Abraham L. Sexton and Virginia Lee Ison Sexton. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior, and was a farmer. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother.

Surviving is his daughter Tonya & Richie Adkins, his son Tim Sexton. Four grandchildren, Josh Adkins (Ellie), Jeremy Adkins (Shaquilla), Jordan Adkins and Ashley Benton (Dustin). Eleven great-grandchildren. Three brothers, Roger & Deborah Sexton, Ronald & Louise Sexton, and Jackie Sexton, also a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary Kathern Caskey Sexton, two granddaughters Tara and Samantha Sexton, and one sister Rita Gay McClurg.

Graveside services will be 1:30pm, Monday, June 30,2025 at Caskey Cemetery, Hwy 7, West Liberty, KY with Bro. Gary Ferguson and Bro. Harold Davis officiating. Visitation, 12:noon Monday June 30, 2025 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be Tim Sexton, Richie Adkins, Josh Adkins, Jeremy Adkins, Nathan Sexton and Luke Sexton.
