Clay Howard, age, 90 of Cincinnati, OH, passed away December 24, 2023 at his residence after a extended illness. He was born in West Liberty, KY to George Howard & Myrtle Risner Howard.

Preceded in death by his parents, George Howard & Myrtle Risner Howard, his wife Bertha Howard. 3 sisters, Georgia Lacy, Mary Wireman, Cassie Bailey. 2 brothers, Jim Howard & Walter Howard. 2 infant daughters, Cookie & Bobi Howard.

Surviving is his, 3 daughters, Joyce Loukinas (Steve), Patty Morris (Doug), Sherry Saylor (Kenny). 1 son, William Howard (Michelle). 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday December 31, 2023 at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY with Bro. Raymond Vancleve officiating. Interment will be held at the Harper Cemetery in West Liberty, KY. Visitation starts at 11:30 AM at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
