Cynthia Michelle Deer, age 39, Sandy Hook, KY passed away August 30,2024 in the Morgan Co. ARH, West  Liberty, KY. She was born June 4,1985 in Exeter, CA., daughter of Thomas Sprain Sr and Jennifer Biehn-Mann Keeton. She was a homemaker and a great mother. Surviving are her father, Thomas Sprain Sr of Bakersfield, CA, her mother Jennifer Keeton of Fairborn, OH. Her special friend Dustin Trimble of Sandy Hook, KY. her husband Chad Deer of Winchester, KY. and her children Trinity May Deer, Anthony Tilley, Chad Mykel Deer Jr, and Chayse Allen Deer. One sister Kaela Adams, Fairborn, OH.  One brother Thomas Sprain Jr of Fort Bragg, NC.

Funeral services  will be 7:30pm, Friday September 6,2024 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel  with Rev. Gary Ferguson officiating. Visitation will be 6:30pm  Friday, September 6, 2024 at Herald  & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
