Dale Smith, age, 73, of West Liberty, KY passed away May 27, 2023 at his residence after an brief illness. He was born March 6, 1950 in West Liberty, KY to Ruby & Hazel Elam Smith.

He was a retired heavy equipment operator and was a member of the Lick Fork Pentecostal Church in West Liberty, KY. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Ruby & Hazel Elam Smith. 6 sister & 5 brothers.

Surviving are his wife Betty Cox Smith, 1 daughter, Kimberly Bolin (Gary), 1 son, Scott Smith (Amanda). 4 grandchildren, Kirby & Corie Smith, Tucker & Spencer Bolin.

Funeral Service will be held at the Lick Fork Pentecostal Church, 6060-KY-7,  West Liberty, KY at 1:00 PM Thursday June 1, 2023 with Pastor Jonathan Sargent, Bro. Johnny Dagnan & Bro. Dean Lewis officiating. Interment will be held at the Smith Cemetery HWY 437 West Liberty, KY Thursday June 1, 2023. Visitation starts at 6:00 PM Wednesday May 31, 2023 at the Lick Fork Pentecostal Church, 6060 KY-7,  West Liberty, KY.
