Dana Lou (Ball) May

Dana Lou Ball May, age, 71 of West Liberty, KY passed away Wednesday June 21, 2023 at Morgan County ARH after an extended illness. She was born May 31, 1952 in Louisa, KY, to Attorney Daniel Delbert Ball & Betty Lou Wilson Ball.

She was a member of the Woodsbend Community Church, Woodsbend, KY and retired from the West Liberty Nursing Home West Liberty, KY.

Preceded in death by her father, Attorney Daniel Delbert Ball, and two daughters, Shannon Ashley Ward & Lela Brooke Ward.

Surviving are her mother, Betty Lou Wilson Ball, husband, Leonard May. two sons, Heath & Sarah Ward, Brock & Bobby Greenhill, two stepdaughters, Carol Sue Smith, & John Robinson, Becky & David Goble. eight grandchildren, Kylara Paige & Hunter Keeton, Abigail Ireland Ward, Elizabeth Rain Ward, Courtney & Nathaniel Bolin, Logan Goble, Brandon Lemaster, Daytona Bailey & Zach Ross, William Bailey. four great grandchildren, Lucas Clay Adkins, Sailor Brooke Adkins, Daniel & Raylon Ross. One sister, Teresa & Carmen Martorana. One niece, Christian Martorana Ruffner, two great nieces, Morgan & Samantha Ruffner.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel Saturday June 24, 2023 with Bro. Jason Moore officiating. Interment will be held at the Bill May Cemetery in Woodsbend, KY Saturday June 24, 2023. Visitation starts at 12:00 PM Saturday June 24, 2023 at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home.
