Denzil Ball

Denzil Ball, age, 84 of West Liberty, KY passed away Thursday November 30, 2023 at the UK Medical Center Lexington, KY after a brief illness. He was born October 10, 1939 to Walter & Golda Ellen Hutchinson Ball in West Liberty, KY.

He was a member of the Martha Enterprise Baptist Church, West Liberty, KY.

Preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Golda Ellen Hutchinson Ball. His wife, Thelma Ball, brother & sister in law, Lenville & Mary Ball. Brother in law, Fred Keeton. Brother & sister in law, Lloyd & Betty Sue Keeton.

Surviving are his 3 children, Penelope Sue Whitt (Farrell), Jeffrey D. Ball (Donna Sue), Neil Eric Ball. 8 grandchildren, Alexandria Erin Whitt Johnson, Kinsey Danielle Whitt, Bradley Andrew Ball, Patricia Lynn Sharp, Lauren Haley Crockett, Wesley Jarrett Ball, Macee Dee Blevins, Erica Gracee Ball. 3 great grandchildren, Alexis Michaela Johnson, Claude Alexander Michael Johnson, Evelyn Kate McKenzie. 1 brother, Gary Ivan Ball, 1 sister in law, Marcella Keeton. Survivors also include a host of nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday December 4, 2023 at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Roger Ball and Bro. Roger Dean Ball officiating.  Interment will be held at the Day Cemetery HWY 589, West Liberty, KY. Visitation starts at 6:00 PM Sunday December 3, 2023 at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
