Dolphia Ray Cantrell, age 60, of West Liberty, KY,passed away Sunday, May 16,2021 at home. He was born February 7,1961 in Paintsville,KY to James Odis Cantrell and Lassie Ellen Peters Cantrell.
Surviving are his mother, Lassie Ellen Peters Cantrell Lykins, daughter, Kimberly B. Cantrell, one son, Steven Ray Cantrell, one grandson, Benjamin Leon Hedge. Three brothers, Jackie Cantrell, Willie Cantrell (Christina), Jerry Cantrell. Three sisters, Connie Wright (Danny), Ruthie Wright (David), Sallie Cantrell. Host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Odis Cantrell, sister, Norma Lee Cantrell, paternal grandparents, Mitchell & Maxie Colvin Cantrell, maternal grandparents, Rosie Pennington Peters and Willie Franklin Peters. Funeral services will be 3:00pm,Friday, May 21,2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Rev. Raymond Van Cleave and Bro. Hubert Ray Wright officiating. Burial in the Paint Valley Memorial Gardens, Crockett, KY. Visitation will be 12:Noon, Friday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers: Thomas Hedge, Danny Joe Wright, Randy Lee Wright, Jackie Allen Cantrell, James Allen Cantrell, Zackery Jackob Cantrell.
