Elizabeth Rader

Elizabeth Rader, 75, of West Liberty, KY, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2024 in the Ridgeway Nursing and Rehab., Owingsville, KY after an extended illness. She was born March 8,1949 in Providence, KY daughter of the late Rev. Thomas  Edgar Tandy Jr and Margaret Elizabeth ‘Lib’ Martin Tandy. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior. She retired from the EKCC, West Liberty, KY as a correctional officer.

Surviving is three daughters, Elizabeth ‘Chris’ Bolin & Dennis Bolin, of West Liberty, KY, Kelly Rader & fiancé Ben Wright Jr, of Flat Gap, KY, and Kandace Malone & James Malone of Owingsville, KY. Sister, Kaye Dulin & Bud Dulin of West Liberty, KY. Five grandchildren, Kyler Rader, Shelby Branham, Brooklyn Jones, Eli Malone, Ian Malone, and four great-grandchildren. Her special dogs, Spanky, Darla and Ellie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Edgar Thomas Tandy Jr and Margaret Elizabeth ‘Lib’ Martin Tandy. Her husband Norman Rader, one granddaughter, Shelby Jones, and her special companion Ernie Ison.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Tuesday, July 16,2024 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Donald Cox officiating. Interment in Cox Cemetery, Peyton Ridge, West Liberty, KY. Visitation 6:pm, Monday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY

. Pallbearers are James Malone, Dennis Bolin, Ben Wright Jr, Zachary Branham, Henry Malone and Ryan Wright.
