George Edward “Eddie/Ed” Lacy, age 59 of West Liberty, KY passed away Monday April 29, 2024, after an extended illness. He was born December 30, 1964, in West Liberty, KY to Ollie Charles & Georgia Mae Howard Lacy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie Charles Lacy & Georgia Mae Howard Lacy, his paternal grandparents, Charlie Lacy & Mary Lou Ross Lacy, maternal grandparents, George Howard & Myrtle Risner Howard, two brothers, Larry Michael Lacy and Charles Richard Lacy, and one nephew, Bradyn Paul Ison.

Surviving is his daughter, Pamela Marie Lacy McKinney (Jimmy),  granddaughter, Addyson Rose McKinney, two sisters, Mary Jane Ison (Dave), Peggy Lacy Moore (Robert), one sister-in-law, Janie Prater Lacy, two nieces, Brittney Lacy Ratliff (Brent), Leann Lacy Patel (Samir), two nephews, Aaron Michael Lacy (Laura), Brandon Ison (Vanessa), and three great nieces, Brinleigh Michele Ison, Karrigan Claire Ison, Sumae Lacy Patel, and a  host of family & friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY with Pastor Rick Pelfrey & Dave Ison officiating. Interment will be held at the West Liberty Memorial Gardens, West Liberty, KY. Visitation starts at 11:00 AM Friday, May 3, 2024, at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
