Glenda Kay Arnett Phipps, age 78, of Hwy 191, Hazel Green, KY, passed away Wednesday, September 8,2021 in the Three Rivers Medical Center, Louisa, KY after an extended illness. She was born August 23,1943 in Hazel Green, KY, daughter of Willard and Velma Lacy Arnett. She was a member of the Crossroad Baptist Church, Helechawa, KY. She was a retired social worker.

Sister-in-law: Reva Haddix, Mt. Sterling, KY, Nephew: Ronald Haddix of Mt. Sterling, KY , Niece: Rhonda Anderson, Mt. Sterling, KY, Niece: Janet Haddix, Lebanon, Ohio, Nephew: Dennis Tolson, Middletown, Ohio, Nephew, Phillip Hammack, Sharpsburg, KY. Special care givers, Evelyn Howard, Reita Morrison and Barbara Rose.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Velma Lacy Arnett and husband, Hubert Phipps.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Sunday, September 12,2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Mark Risner officiating. Interment in Lacy Cemetery, Adele, KY. Visitation will be 12:Noon, Sunday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
