Glenda J. Rawlins, age 72, of West Liberty, KY, passed away Thursday, April 22,2021 in the St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY after an extended illness. She was born May 3,1948 in Fairborn,Ohio a daughter of the late of Frank Fultz and Frances Fannin Reaves. She was a member of the Morehead ChristWay Church, Morehead, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Patricia Suarez.

Surviving are one son, Eugene Fannin and his wife Kim Fannin. of Morehead, KY. Four grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. One sister, Pauline Rose of Hutto, TX, and four brothers, Paul Fannin, Glenn and Linda Fultz, Ray Fultz and Clinton Fultz all of Fairborn, OH.
