Harrison G. "Monk" Bailey

Harrison G. “Monk” Bailey, age, 63, of Waco, KY passed away Sunday November 19, 2023, at his residence. He was born June 8, 1960, in Magoffin County, KY to William & Geraldine Davis Bailey.

Preceded in death by his parents, William & Geraldine Davis Bailey, one son, TJ Nickell & 1 brother, Roy Bailey.

Surviving is his one granddaughter, Ayden Jade Ann Nickell. five brothers, Charles & Harriet Bailey, Louie & Stephanie Bailey, Jimmy Bailey, Shannon & Heather Bailey, Fred “Brian” Bailey. The survivors also are six sisters, Margie Brammeier, Charlotte & Darrell Patrick, Betty & Jimmie Benton, Shirley Cantrell, Debbie Nickell & Freda “Michelle” Bailey.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday November 24, 2023, at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY with Rev. Karl Elam officiating. Interment will be held at the Bailey Cemetery on Old Elam Rd White Oak, KY. Visitation starts at 11:00 AM November 24, 2023, at the Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
