Helen F. Oney Higgins, age 89 Caney, KY passed away Thursday, April 4,2024 at her home after an extended illness. She was born February 4,1935 in West Liberty, KY daughter of Sammie and Gussie Salyers Oney. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior.

Surviving is her children one son Gregory Higgins, one daughter Jeana Stamper. One granddaughter, Cheyenne & Billy Crace. Host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Sammie Oney and Gussie Salyers Oney. And the father of her children, Gene Higgins Jr. One son Randy Higgins,five brothers, Parker, Jack, Grover, Paul, and Beryl Oney. Two sisters, Ruby Lykins and Roxie Allen.

Graveside services will be held in the Gullett Cemetery, White Oak, KY 1:pm, Sunday, April 7,2024 with Bro. Pat Hoskins officiating. Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers, Ricky Stamper, Jackie King, Noah Harden, Willie Dixon, Wayne Adams, Billy Crace.
