Herman Bailey, 63, of West Liberty, KY passed away Saturday, March 2,2024 in the ARH Hospital, West Liberty, KY. He was born July 13, 1960, in Middletown, OH to Vernon Edward Bailey and Mary Louise Boatright Bailey. He attended the House of Prayers.

Surviving is one brother Allan Dale Bailey of West Liberty, KY and sister Pamela K. & Randall Lamb of New Vienna, OH. Host of nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Avery Lee Bailey.

Graveside services will be 1:00pm, Wednesday, March 6,2024 in the South Fork Cemetery, Hwy 191, Malone, KY with Pastor Jamie Brunk officiating. Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers are family and friends.
