Hershell Rigsby Obituary

Hershell Rigsby, age 64 of Liberty Road, West Liberty, KY passed away Friday, April 30,2021 in the Morgan Co.ARH Hospital after an extended illness. He was born in Zag, KY on June 5,1956. He was a member of West Liberty Christian Church.

Surviving are one brother Earl Reed of West Liberty, KY. One aunt Wilma Miller of Cedarville,Ohio, and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother Joyce Rigsby Reed.

Graveside services will be 1:00pm, Monday, May 3,2021 at the Cottle Cemetery, Zag, KY with Pastor Hunter Fraley officiating. Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers are friends and family.

COVID-19 mandate/regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
