Jacqueline Phipps Murphy, age 59, of Jeffersonville,KY and formerly of Ezel,KY passed away Saturday, March 20,2021 in the Baptist Health, Lexington,KY after a brief illness. Born June 6.1961 in West Liberty, KY, daughter of Willard and Helen Lindon Phipps. She was a retired Supervisor and Director of Cardiopulmonary Department at the old Mary Chiles Hospital and St. Joseph Hospital, Mt. Sterling, KY.
Surviving are her daughter, Lindsay Marie Murphy & Jason Robert Coffee, one grandson Jack Carter Coffee of Lexington, KY. Two sisters: Barbara Phipps Helton of Lansing,Michigan and Sandra Nickell of Mt. Sterling, KY. Four brothers: Charles Phipps (Brenda) of Hazel Green, KY. Dannie Phipps (Billie) of Jackson, KY. Douglas Phipps (Barbara Kaye) and Brian Phipps (Paula) of Campton,KY. Host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard & Helen Lindon Phipps, one brother, John Phipps.
Funeral services will be 1:pm, Wednesday, March 24,2021 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Rev. David Spencer officiating. Burial in the Ezel Cemetery, Ezel, KY. Visitation will be Tuesday, 6:pm to 9:pm at Antioch Christian Church,3800 Bedford Rd, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353 and visitation 11:am Wednesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers: Brian Phipps, Douglas Phipps, Ryan Phipps, Justin Phipps, Tyler Phipps, Kyle Nickell.
