Mitchell Sr and Betty F. Bailey Mitchell. Surviving is his mother, Betty F. Mitchell of Frankfort, KY. Son, Mark Mitchell of Lexington, KY, daughter, Robin Mitchell of West Liberty, KY. One grandchild, two brothers, Samuel D. Mitchell Jr and Steven L. Mitchell. He was preceded in death by his father Samuel D. Mitchell Sr. Services are pending.
