James 'Jimmy' A. Blair

James ‘Jimmy’ A. Blair, age 74, of Pleasant Run Road, West Liberty, KY, passed away Sunday November 20,2022 in the Hazard ARH, Hazard, Ky after a brief illness. Born in West Liberty,KY on December 17,1947 to Clarence Blair and Rissie Keeton Blair Davis. Jimmy was worked as a mechanic and was an ordained minister.

Surviving are one daughter Paula Blair; four sons David & Missie Blair, James William Blair, Brian & Samantha Blair, Greg & Samantha Cantrell. Two sisters; Mary & Chris Flores, Garnett & Robert Carroll. 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence Blair & Rissie Keeton Blair Davis, his wife Dorothy Perkins Blair, ten sisters; Velda, Dorothy, Gertrude, Ethel, Vina, Girve, Bernice, Anna Marie Blair, Virginia, and Geneva, also four brothers; Ernest, William, Clarence, Curtis.

. Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Wednesday, November 23,2022 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey chapel with Bro. Harold Davis officiating. Interment in Blair Cemetery, West Liberty, KY. Visitation starts 6:30pm,Tuesday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty,KY. Pallbearers are friends and relatives.
