Janice Carol Barker, age 61, of  Mize, KY passed away Thursday, February 16,2023 at her home after a brief illness. Born October 11,1961 in West Liberty, KY to Stuart Caskey and Allie Barker Caskey. She was loving wife, mom, mamaw and great mamaw. She was a member of the Living Water Full Gospel Ministry.

Preceded in death by her parents, Stuart Caskey & Allie Barker Caskey. 3 sisters, 4 brothers, 1 niece Elta Caskey, special nephew, Tyler Sanders.

Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Michael Barker, 3 daughters, Misty & Jason Allman, Sara & Josh Lumpkins, Alison & Dwayne Arnett. Grandchildren, Katrina & Chas Jenkins, Kaylie & Cody Baker, Dekota Arnett, Shawn Arnett, Junior Arnett & Zoey Arnett. Chloe Lumpkins & Hannah Lumpkins. 1 great granddaughter, Avery Jenkins. 2 brothers, Mike & Julia Caskey, Paul & Sheila Caskey. 1 special great nephew, Garrett Blake Keeton.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Sunday, February 19,2023 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Ricky Holbrook and Pastor Arpie Hampton officiating. Interment in Ezel Cemetery, Ezel,KY. Visitation starts 12:Noon, Sunday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be friends.
