Jason Blake Perry age 16 of Grassy Creek, KY son of Bill & Beverly (Faulkner) Perry passed away Sunday, June 5,2022 in U.K.Hospital, Lexington, KY. Born in Morehead,KY on October 13,2005. He was a student at Morgan Co. High School.

Surviving are his parents, Bill & Beverly Faulkner Perry, paternal grandmother Cheryl Ann Perry, maternal grandmother Mary Faulkner. Two sisters, Tera Byrd and Haley Perry, two brothers, Jake Hoskins and Brody Hoskins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ronald E. Perry Sr & maternal grandfather Charles Faulkner.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Friday, June 10,2022 in Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Jeff Montgomery officiating. Visitation starts at 6:00pm, Thursday in Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.
