Jimmie Clay Shorter, age 79, of Hwy 772, West Liberty, KY, passed away Thursday, May 5th.2022 in St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY after a brief illness. Born in Barbourville, Kentucky May 15,1942 son of the late Frank and Roxie Gambrel Shorter.

Surviving are his two children, Johnny Clay Shorter of London, KY and daughter Frankie Shorter of Florida. Several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Host of friends.

To honor our father’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. We invite you to please privately celebrate Jimmie Clay Shorter memory in your own ways. We know that he will be with us all in spirit. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
