Joseph Turner Warren, Jr., 77, of West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away at his home, Saturday, April 27, 2024. He was born in Bryan Mawr, Pennsylvania on August 24,1946, son of the late Anne Stover Warren and joseph Turner Warren, Sr. He attended Christchurch School in Christchurch, Virginia. He retired at the age of 55, from the Virginia Department of Transportation as a Senior Highway Inspector.
He was preceded in death by his first ex-wife, Cynthia Darden Warren, then his next wife, Helen Cardwell. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Valerga and fiancé Johnny Musick of West Liberty, Kentucky; adopted stepson, Christopher Warren of Dinwiddie, Virginia; a sister, Mary Anne Harmon Diehl of North Chesterfield, Virginia; a nephew, Mark Harmon and his wife Patrice of Richmond, Virginia. Also surviving are three grandchildren of Kentucky and two grandchildren of Virginia and five great-grandchildren of Kentucky.
