Josephine (Spaulding) Ratliff

Josephine Spaulding Ratliff, age 69, of West Liberty, KY, (and formerly of Campton, KY), passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024, in the ARH, Hospital, West Liberty, KY from a brief illness. She was born August 10,1954 in Campton, KY, daughter of Will Henry Spaulding and Matilda Edith Williams Spaulding.

Surviving is one daughter Matilda & Anthony Jerome King, one son Billy Ratliff, two grandchildren Alexa Ann King, and  Anthony J. King Jr. One brother Eugene Spaulding. She was preceded in death by her parents, Will Henry Spaulding and Matilda Edith Williams Spaulding. Her husband, Leon Ratliff, and one sister Carolyn Lawson. Three brothers I.C. Spaulding, Robert Omer Spaulding, Leonard Spaulding.

Funeral services will be at 1:00pm, Saturday, May 25,2024 in Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Karl Elam officiating. Interment in the Rose-Centers & Wells Cemetery, Campton, KY. Visitation will start 6:30pm, Friday in Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY. Pallbearers will be Relatives and friends.
