Larry Wayne Gilliam, age 73 of West Liberty, KY departed this life Monday March 3,2025 At his home after extended illness surrounded by his family. He was born June 17, 1951 in West Liberty, KY son of the late Charlie Ebb and Gretta Holbrook Gilliam. He was a member of the Sulphur Spring Enterprise Church. He worked as a custodian for Morgan County East Valley Elementary School. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Surviving is his wife Vadella ‘Kaye” Williams Gilliam, daughter Lana Gilliam Price (Michael). Two sons Kelly Gilliam (Vicky), Keith Gilliam (Katrina). Two sisters Kathy Fraley, and Carol Gilliam (Gene). One brother Ivan Gilliam. Seven grandchildren Madison Stamper (Joseph), Connor Gilliam, Jarrett Price (Emma), Isabella Gilliam, Isaiah Gilliam, Emmalee Gilliam, Maverick Gilliam. Four great grandchildren Reonia Stamper, Azlyn Stamper, Tatum Riggs, Davanna Perdue and his dog Cocoa.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie Ebb & Gretta Holbrook Gilliam, One brother Randall Gilliam, two sisters Iness Keaton (Roger), Charlene Keaton (Herman), sister-in-law Ann Gilliam. Brother-in-law Larry Fraley.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday March 8, 2025 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Barry Gilliam, Bro. Bobby Fultz and Bro.Cortis Ison officiating. Burial in the Paint Valley Memorial Gardens, Crockett, KY. Visitation, 6:00pm Friday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY
