Larry Adrian Perry, age 74, of Hwy 711, West Liberty, KY, departed this life Saturday, December 20, 2025, in the St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY, after an extended illness. He was born August 19, 1951, in Trenton, Michigan, son of the late Roderick Perry and Cllela Pearl Wallace Perry. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior and retired from Guardian Automotive as a quality controller. He served in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1973 during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roderick and Cllela Pearl Wallace Perry; granddaughter Daisy Mae Wright; and three brothers, Roger, Lyndon, and Richard Perry.
Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Frances Aileen Payton Perry. Two daughters, Malissa Ann & Randy Robinson and Jennifer Lynne & Aaron Wright. Two grandchildren, Casey Andrew Robinson and Audrey Grace Wright. His puppy, Oreo.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Bro. Herbert Lewis officiating. Interment in the Perry-Payton Cemetery, 594 Dry Branch Rd., Blairsmill, KY, with military graveside honors conducted by Morgan Co. DAV Chapter # 132.
Visitation is at 6:00pm on Monday at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY, with Masonic rites at 7:00pm conducted by the Highland Lodge #311 F&AM, West Liberty, KY, in the funeral home chapel.
Active pallbearers: Darrell Ledford, Ricky Keeton, Danny Nickell, Aaron Wright, Randy Robinson, Buddy Payton, and Robert Payton. Honorary pallbearers: Casey Robinson, Audrey Wright, Timmy Smith, and all of his girls at St. Claire Oncology. Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY, is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
